Concrete screw anchor THE
HEXAGON HEAD.
ATLANTIS C3-H COATING
New design, more range, full manufacturing
The new approved high-performance anchors for direct fastening in cracked and non-cracked concrete are the most professional and effective solution. Its design allows quick and easy installation, guaranteeing maximum performance and higher load values compared to the previous version. The assortment of TH/TF anchors consists of different models of heads, suitable for installation in structural and non-structural elements such as railings, shelves or elements that need to be uninstalled or adjusted..
Manufactured with A4 stainless steel and carbon steel
The new TXE fixing model for direct fixing on concrete is manufactured with innovative BIMETAL technology, which offers high resistance to both corrosion and wear during installation.
Firstly, the body of the fixing is manufactured with A4 stainless steel, giving it anti-corrosive properties, up to C5 levels of corrosion. Meanwhile, the tip of the fixing is manufactured in hardened carbon steel, with greater hardness and facilitating the installation and grip on the base material. The innovative production process allows the friction welding of the two materials.
View productThe body of the fixing, manufactured in A4 stainless steel, offers excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, up to C5 levels of corrosion. It is suitable for applications in outdoor spaces such as:
The tip of the TXE is manufactured in hardened carbon steel, which allows it to withstand wear on the tip and which makes installation easier while providing the maximum performance.
The tip of the fixing has a key role during the installation. It is the area that starts the threading of the fixing on the base material, generating strong friction and wear. This is the reason that this fixing cannot be made completely from A4 stainless steel, a material with a lower level of hardness than carbon steel.
The blue colour of the tip identifies the area where the fusion of both materials is produced.
The fixing has the most prestigious approvals:

Fixing anchor directly on concrete. ETE Opt. 1 certified. Hexagonal head with Bimetal tip. A4 stainless steel.
Countersunk head with Bimetal point. Stainless steel A4. Opt.1 ETA Assessed
Patented double thread, optimised to guarantee maximum loads thanks to the design of a double thread that is embedded deep into the concrete.
The tempered tip ensures greater hardness, durability and ease of installation.
Body of high-resistance steel (stamped carbon steel).
THE/TFE Head: Embossed ribbed washer in hexagonal versions, which ensures a tightness against the base material, preventing the fastening from loosening.
TFF Head. Female thread with double M8/M10 thread, for direct, quick and easy fastening of threaded rods in ceilings (concrete and hollow-core slabs). Suitable for suspension of air conditioning ducts, cable trays, pipe systems, etc.
TFM Head. Male thread, for direct, quick and easy fastening of clamps in concrete and hollow-core slabs.
Head: Includes measurement by length (not in the diameter 5 ones).
Bimetal version. Offers the hardness of a hardened carbon steel tip to facilitate installation, with an A4 stainless steel shaft to provide corrosion protection.
We increased the maximum recommended loads in C20/25 uncracked concrete and C20/25 cracked concrete compared to the previous model.
