INDEX® POLYURETHANE FOAMS foams Guaranteed quality for professional use
Our range of polyurethane foams provide high-performance solutions for a wide range of uses such as insulation, filling gaps or hanging doors and fitting windows. These high-density, non-porous products have controlled expansion of 40 to 45-litre features, offering excellent insulation and adhesion. As they come in different formats, they can be applied manually using a nozzle or using a PU-PI or PU-PI-2 application gun.

In this video, we explain what the different types of polyurethane foams are, how to choose the most suitable one for your material, and how to apply each type correctly by following the instructions on the technical datasheet.
PU-EP Polyurethane adhesive SATE/ ETICS
PU-EP Polyurethane adhesive SATE/ ETICS
Adhesive suitable for the installation of ETICS plates (External Thermal Insulation Composite System), insulation panels and drywalls. The high density in its formula ensures immediate initial fixing and high adhesion.
Advantages
- Maximum quality. Certified product in accordance with ETAG 004 (EOTA TR046)
- Instant fixing
- Low expansion. Facilitates precision during installation
- Allows adjustment/levelling of panels or slabs
- Maximum performance at a lower cost. Cover up to 16m2 of panels/slabs with one unit. The exact dose of polyurethane adhesive reduces use of materials
- Express Installation: Mechanical curing time of between 1 and 2 hours
- Extremely versatile. Suitable for use in any climate
Uses
Appropriate for the installation of extruded polystyrene (XPS), expanded polystyrene (EPS), polyurethane pads (PUR), mineral wool and foam glass. Suitable for application on a variety of construction materials: concrete, wood, OSB panels, cement, brick, stone, metal and/or PVC.

Advantages
- Low expansion. Precise, fast and efficient installation
- Short curing time
Uses
Used in the construction and refurbishment sector for sealing, filling, insulating, fixing and assembly, especially on roofs and decks.
Cleaner for fresh foam
Cleaner for fresh foam
Appropriate for cleaning polyurethane foam application guns, the application valve of the container and general cleaning of fresh polyurethane foam from different work surfaces.Cleans and degreases iron, steel, chrome, aluminium, non-lacquered wood, marble and stone. Eliminates grease, tar, oil, wax and remainders of fresh adhesive and putties.Acts quickly and doesn't damage tools. For interior and exterior use.
How to use polyurethane foam
We recommend you follow these instructions when using our polyurethane foam:
- Ventilate the work area well and clean the surface.
- Cover furniture to avoid damage.
- Wear eye, hand and body protection items.
- Dampen the area you are going to work on to speed up the polyurethane foam reaction.
- Do not fill the entire working area with foam as it expands after application.
- Use acetone or another polyurethane cleaner to remove excess foam. These are products that help to dissolve the foam.
- After the foam dries, you can use a spatula to trim off any excess to avoid foam sticking out anywhere.
