Detectable nylon cable tie, blue in colour. Its composition incorporates metallic particles that allow it to be identified by metal detectors or X-ray equipment. Detectable cable ties are especially designed for use in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, and in any others with applications that must comply with the requirements of the HACCP* methodology (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

Manufactured in 6.6 Polyamide with metal particles, their magnetic properties allow them to be detected by a metal detector or X-ray inspection equipment. And their unique blue colour makes them easy to detect visually.

The range includes various sizes from 2.5 x 100 cm to 7.6 x 370 cm. They are suitable for working temperatures between -40 ºC and +85 ºC.

  • Triple detection. The cable ties are prevented from fully or partially slipping through the process using the triple detection system, thanks to the metal particles and visual detection.
  • Compatible as part of the HACCP* process. Suitable for guaranteeing compliance with the food safety system used to identify all the potential hazards in a food’s ingredients and production processes.
